a better leader. I want to remember

“I was surprised by how differently people from various cultures perceive the world — something that can lead both to conflicts and to creative solutions. I’m reflecting
on how I can better understand
and appreciate these differences
to strengthen collaboration
within my team. I want to remember
that openness and the willingness
to understand other cultures are key
to building a harmonious and effective work environment.”

“I started to reflect on how stereotypical perceptions can influence the way we view employees from different generations.
I’m thinking about how I can better use
the potential of Generation Z
while integrating them with other age groups. I want to remember
that each of us has individual traits
and needs that must be considered
to effectively manage
a multigenerational team.”
