My name is Manuela Pliżga. For over 20 years – as a trainer, mediator and mentor – I have been supporting people and companies determined to change in their development path towards better relationships and effective communication, especially in intercultural situations.

I lived abroad for over 10 years. My migration experience helps me understand different perspectives.
